How to use

Menstrual Disc

  1. Sterilize: Boil for 4–5 minutes before the first use.
  2. Wash: Rinse your hands and the disc with warm water.
  3. Fold: Press the rim together into an “8” shape.
  4. Insert and secure: Slide it in under the cervix at an angle toward the tailbone until it sits behind the pubic bone.
  5. Enjoy up to 12 hours of leak-free protection.

Safety Razor

  1. Prepare: Wet your skin and apply soap or shaving cream.
  2. Shave: Glide gently for a clean, smooth result — no pressure needed.

Prej sem uporabljala skodelico, vendar mi je disk v zadnjih treh mesecih veliko bolj prirasel k srcu - brez vakuma, lažje vstavljanje, dlje zdrži, mehkejši in udobnejši. Tudi med vadbo se ne čuti in ne pušča.

Najprej sem naročila velik disk, ker imam izven menstruacije visok maternični vrat in sem že rodila. Vendar se je izkazalo, da se moj maternični vrat prve dni menstruacije občutno zniža, zato mi je velik disk puščal. Zdaj uporabljam prve dni manjšega in zadnje dni večjega - odlična kombinacija! Brez puščanja, brez skrbi v službi ali na poti. Praznim ga med lulanjem, doma ga spraznim in operem ter ponovno uporabim.
