Shipping Policy

1. Processing

We usually process orders within 1 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. When your order ships, we send you an email with tracking details. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear.

2. Delivery costs and estimated times

• Slovenia: €3.60, usually 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Other countries available at checkout: €4.60, usually 4 to 6 business days after dispatch.
• Free delivery: on orders of €60 or more.

The countries we deliver to and the final delivery cost, including any cash-on-delivery fee, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Delivery times are estimates. Unless we agree otherwise, we deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

3. Your delivery details

Please check your address and contact details before confirming your order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address you entered was incorrect or because you did not collect it, we may charge you the cost of sending it again.

4. Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, email hello@moon-loom.com with your name and order number. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please tell us as soon as you can and send photos. This does not limit your statutory rights.

5. Deliveries outside the EU

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply and are payable by you, unless stated otherwise at checkout. Please check with your local customs office.
