Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another notification with the details.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €60.

Local Delivery

  • Orders over €60 include free local delivery.

  • A charge of €3.90 applies for local delivery on orders under €60.

  • Local delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days. We will notify you via email or text message using the phone number provided at checkout on the day of delivery.

Delievery in EU (outside Slovenia)

  • Orders over €60 include free delivery.

  • A charge of €4.90 applies for delivery on orders under €60.

  • Delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days. We will notify you via email or text message using the phone number provided at checkout on the day of delivery.

How to Check Your Order Status

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@moon-loom.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. You will receive a full refund minus the return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at hello@moon-loom.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these cases individually but will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
