Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.
If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
This includes:
• products which are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
• personal hygiene products such as menstrual discs and period underwear if the protective seal or packaging has been opened
• supplements once opened
• digital products such as downloadable PDF guides once access or download has been provided
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 16), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
