How It Works

The Moonloom Menstrual Disc sits just below your cervix, gently collecting your menstrual flow. It doesn't rely on suction like a menstrual cup, offering a more natural, comfortable fit. The disc’s flat, flexible design allows for mess-free intimacy and offers a high capacity, so you can confidently wear it all day or night.

How to use a reusable menstrual disc:

  • Sterilize

    Boil for 4–5 minutes before first use.

  • Wash

    Clean your hands and disc.

  • Pinch

    Fold the disc into an "8" shape with the rim pressed together.

  • Insert & Secure

    Slide the disc in at a horizontal angle (towards your tailbone) and tuck it behind your pubic bone. Ensure the rim pops open and rests below your cervix..

  • 12 Hours

    Enjoy leak-free protection before removing and rinsing.
