How to use?

  1. Wash Hands: Clean your hands thoroughly.

  3. Fold the Disc: Pinch the rim to create a narrow shape.
  4. Insert: Push the folded disc into your vaginal canal at an angle toward your lower back.
  5. Tuck Behind Pubic Bone: Slide the rim behind your pubic bone to secure it.

Tip: If it feels uncomfortable, adjust or reinsert.
To remove, hook a finger under the rim, pull it out gently, and empty the contents.

Care Instructions

Sanitize your Moonloom Disc before its first use and after each menstrual cycle. To do this, either boil the disc for 3–5 minutes or clean it thoroughly with 70% isopropyl alcohol.

During your period, clean the disc at least once every 12 hours. Rinse it with cold water first to prevent staining, then wash it with hot water or sanitize by boiling as needed.
